Sticking with meats, seafood such as shrimp, salmon, and trout are very healthy because they have lots of proteins and vitamins.

Next, coconuts, walnuts, and almonds have a lot of antioxidants and vitamins. Additionally, vegetables are also loaded with vitamins and minerals. Also, dairy is good for you because it has lots of fat and vitamin d. Along with vegetables, sweet and regular potatoes are very filling and they have about every nutrient you would need.

 Surprisingly, apple cider vinegar can actually make you lose a little weight and lower blood sugar. Legumes such as peanuts, lentils, kidney beans, and green beans have a lot of fiber and proteins. Just be careful with kidney beans because they are toxic when they aren’t cooked properly.
