How to have the perfect skin care routine

How to have the perfect skin care routine

The most important thing to a skincare routine is knowing how to do it so you don’t damage your skin. There are specific steps that you need to follow to have the perfect skincare routine.

When to wash your face

You should always wash your face morning and night. Washing your face at night is important because you get so much bacteria on your face throughout the day, so washing your face at night gets all the bacteria off of your skin so you don’t break out with acne.
Washing your face in the morning is good just because you slept at night. Who knows what’s on your bed.

The steps

First, you have to get a clean washcloth for your face, and then get half of it wet. Make sure that it is clean because if it’s not you could just be wiping dirt on your face without even seeing it.
Second, get your face wet with that half-wet washcloth. And apply face wash. You need the size of a quarter amount of face wash. Rub that face wash gently onto your face and let it sit for 10-30 seconds. Rinse the face wash off with the same wet washcloth.
Third, apply facial toner to your face. Take a cotton ball and apply the toner to that. Then you can apply it to your face.
Next, spray rose water mist into your face. Personally, this is my favorite part of the routine.
Last, put some soothing moisturizer onto your hands. After that, spread it on your face.

Products

There are so many amazing products for the perfect face routine. My favorites are Mario Badescu. Prose is great because you can customize a face wash. Clean and clear, and Clarify.
Products are so, so important to a skincare routine. If you have the wrong products your face could break out worse.

Acne problems

Acne is the worst! Although I haven’t dealt with acne problems, occasionally I’ll get a pimple.
Popping pimples can be satisfying and we have all done it, but it’s not always the best thing to do. If your pimple isn’t ready to be popped and you pop it, it can get infected or just sting constantly. That’s no fun.
There are things to prevent acne and help with it too. Let’s start with how to prevent it.
Toner is the best thing to prevent acne. If the toner contains alcohol it is going to sting your face but if it does sting that means it’s working. Be very careful to not get it in your eyes.
Drinking tons of water each day helps a lot to prevent acne too. According to healthline.com drinking water hydrates your skin. Hydrated skin prevents acne because when you get a pimple it could mean your skin is dry.
The last thing is eating the right foods. It’s ok to eat junk food every once in a while, but eating junk every day might be the reason for your acne. Something that helps with starting to eat better is making a food goal journal. You can write down all of the foods that you want to eat and try to achieve the goals the best you can.
How do you deal with your acne? Pimple patches are my first option for trying to get rid of pimples. You can find them at stores like Target, Walmart, etc. they sell them at pretty much every grocery store. You can buy face masks that are meant for acne. It’s going to sting at the moment but once you remove the mask your face should feel much better.

Rap it up

To wrap up the article let’s just say acne takes time to go away. Acne doesn’t go away right after you do the treatment, it takes a little bit of time. These tips and tricks should help you to be better at skincare.

6 Easy Hairstyles

6 Easy Hairstyles

Doing your hair can always be a struggle at some point. But with these tips, you should be able to have flawless hair every day.

Hair style #1: Slick back pony tail

Let’s start with the hairstyles for when you’re in a rush to get out the door. The basic slick back ponytail is just a great option for in a rush. It’s so easy to do and it looks amazing. You’re going to need a comb (optional), a brush, hairspray, and if you have curtain bangs that you don’t want hanging out, you’l need bobby pins as well. The first step, take your comb and part your hair however you want, I prefer a middle part. The second step, take your hairspray and spray it all over. In the last step, take your brush and slick it back and tie it back.

Hair style #2: Half up messy bun

For the second hairstyle, this is so simple but it’s so pretty. It’s the boho half up messy bun. First, pull out your front pieces to frame your face. Second, right next to your front pieces do a braid on each side of your hair. Third, pull the braids back adding a little bit of your hair with the braids in the little amount of hair that you pull out. Lastly, tie it back in a loop bun with a hair tie.

Hair style #3: Bubble braid

For the third hairstyle let’s talk about the classic but adorable bubble braid. This hairstyle seems so complicated at times but it’s way easier than you might think and it takes no longer than 3-5 minutes. First, you pull out those front pieces to frame your face. Sometimes you might think it’s weird to pull out your front pieces but just try it. I promise that it looks so much better. Here’s an optional step. You can curl your hair before this if you want more volume in your bubble braids. Second, take a normal hair type and put your hair in a ponytail. Once it is in the ponytail pull the ponytail a little bit to loosen it up. Third, take as many little elastics as you need and tie your hair in bubbles down your hair. Last, puff out each of your bubbles.

Hair style #4: Curling techniques

Let’s move on to different ways to curl your hair. You can curl your hair with a beach waver, a wand curling iron, a basic clamp curling iron, and many more.

Curling technique #1: Wand

I’m going to talk about the wand first because that’s the easiest way to curl your hair. Here’s how you do it. First, brush your hair out and apply a heat protectant to your hair. Heat protectant is necessary because you could risk frying your hair. Second, section off your hair into two to three sections. Third, take about one inch of your hair and start curling. Hold your barrel parallel to your face and wrap your hair starting from the bottom of the wand moving to the top of the wand. Hold that for as long as necessary. Make sure that the heat on your curling iron is turned up as high as you need it, depending on your hair type. Once you’re ready to take your curl out, tip your wand upside down and release the curl. If you’re looking for a tighter curl let the curl cool down in your palm before dropping it all the way. For more of a loose curl drop the curl right away. Last, apply hairspray and brush your hair with a wide-toothed comb.

Curling technique #2: Beach Waver

Lastly, the curling iron that I’m going to talk about is the beach waver. Now, this isn’t a curling iron because of how it looks but it makes beautiful beach waves. Which sometimes looks better in your hair than a curling iron. The first step on how to do it is to apply a heat protector to your hair. This is a very important step if you don’t want to risk having fried hair. Second step, section off your hair. This step just makes it easier to do so your other hair isn’t in the way while you’re waving your hair. If you have thick hair do it in a little more than four sections. The third step, power up your waver and begin. In the last step, open your clamp to your waver and wave it from top to bottom. After you have finished one section do the rest and boom you’re done! Avoid brushing your hair when you’re done waiving it.

How to do your makeup correctly

How to do your makeup correctly

Sometimes it can be so hard to do your makeup, and other times it just doesn’t look good because you didn’t do it correctly. This article should help you to learn how to do your makeup correctly so you don’t have to worry about doing your makeup incorrectly ever again.

Moisturize

If you don’t moisturize before you do your makeup your face just doesn’t look smooth it looks splotchy and uneven. It can be tough to find the correct moisturizer though, so here are some good ones.

“Vanicream” although it’s thick it gives your face so much moisture. This is a great option if you have sensitive skin or somewhat sensitive skin.

“Cetaphil” it’s the perfect moisturizer if you are looking for a very affordable moisturizer.

“Neutrogena ” has a hydro-boost gel-cream moisturizer that just feels amazing on your skin.

There are so many more great moisturizers but these are my top three moisturizers.

Base

What I mean when I say the base is the concealer and foundation. Getting the perfect match of color for concealer and foundation is so frustrating. There is a quiz to find your perfect shade of concealer and foundation. You can find the quiz on the website https://www.ilmakiage.com/powermatch-2-0-quiz-TBYB?lookshp .The quiz is so easy all you have to do is answer the questions and it gives you the perfect match.

The perfect match is important, but you still need to blend your makeup correctly. I recommend using a beauty blender to blend your concealer. For your foundation, I would use a foundation brush.

Bake

What I mean when I say bake is to bake your face with powder. Your powder has to match just as good as your foundation and concealer so I recommend going in person to get your powder. Bring your foundation with you, and this should give you the perfect shade of powder.

There are so many brands of powders but my favorite powder is the true match powder made by Loreal Paris.

Details

The details are the blush, bronzer, highlighter, and eyeshadow.

Blush is so pretty and you can wear it every day, not just on special occasions. One of my favorite blushes ever is the Anastasia Beverly Hills stick cream blush. They have multiple shades but if you have olive skin like me the shade “latte” is perfect. The packaging of this blush is so cute and the blush comes with two sides, one side with the blush and the other with a brush to blend. It’s so convenient, it’s even great for on the go.

Bronzer is great for contouring your face. Bronzer can make you look like a whole new person. According to “whowhatwear.com”, these are the top 15 best cream bronzers. I’m not going to list all of them but I’m going to list the ones I think are best, and affordable too. “Fenti beauty”, Physicians formula” mainly because it’s organic. “Burt’s bees”, “Saie”, “Tarte” I love all of their products, not just the bronzer. Last, “Well people”.

Highlighter just makes your face look smooth and glowy. My all-time favorite highlighter is the “L’oreal Paris shimmerista highlighting powder”.

There are so many amazing eyeshadows to choose from so it’s really hard to say which ones are the best but my top two favorites are the “Avani Morphe eyeshadow pallet”, and the “Ulta beauty Rose Gold eyeshadow pallet”.

Finish

The final thing to make your makeup flawless is to use a setting spray. You may not believe that the thing I’m about to tell you is real, but I promise that it is. “Morphe sour patch kids setting spray.” It lasts all day and smells just like a sour patch kid.

Makeup isn’t always about the way you apply things, it’s mostly about what products you’re using. With all of these tips and tricks that I have provided for you, you should be able to have a flawless-looking face.

How to pack for a fall travel

How to pack for a fall travel

The most important thing about fall travel is depending on where you are going to travel depending on what you pack in your suitcase. If you are going somewhere nice and warm you typically pack warmer things. If you are going somewhere that’s on the colder side then you should pack stuff for that specific weather.

What are you going to put your clothes in?

That is a great question when it comes to packing things, suitcases are the most common thing. Although You do want a suitcase to take with you, you might want other things too. Such as backpacks, or bigger purses. You are going to need a suitcase if you are going on vacation for five days or more. It’s always nice to have a suitcase and a backpack or a big purse. It’s not always easy finding the “perfect” suitcase or the “perfect” bag, so I’m going to list some great suitcases from the website awaytravel.com. Their suitcases are of great quality and they’re really cute too! They have a pretty good amount of colors to choose from. Colors like black, blue, green, gray, pink, and metallic. There are two different sizes to choose from. Carry on a suitcase, which is a small suitcase to take on smaller travels. Or they have a checked suitcase, which is a medium/ large-sized suitcase that is for bigger travels. They have so many choices to choose from. Their prices range from 225 dollars to 625 dollars. Aways suitcases are a little pricey but it’s worth it.

What’s inside the suitcase?

What are you going to put in your suitcase? If you get a suitcase something has to go inside of it. If you are going on a smaller trip and you are taking a carry-on suitcase it’s not always easy to know what exactly to put in it. Since carry-on bags are a lot smaller than the checked suitcase you obviously can’t pack as many things in them. But you’re not going to need as many things since you’re going on a smaller trip.

It’s a fall trip so we need to pack for that fall vibe. I’ve always thought that fall was all about dark colors, sweaters, and jeans but that’s not always the case. Although that is the fall aesthetic there’s more to that. It doesn’t mean that you can’t pack those things. It’s a shorter trip so we’re going to pack less. You’re going to bring one pair of pajamas for each night, don’t pack extra pajamas because you know that you’re not going to need extra pajamas. I am an over-packer that is just me. I can’t help but overpack. That being said, pack one t-shirt per day that you are there. It’s nice to have t-shirts but you know that you are not going to wear a t-shirt the whole day, especially during the fall time. That being said, pack one long sleeve per day when you are there. It’s going to be cold most likely because it’s fall time. Pack four to five sweatshirts no matter how long you are staying. It’s better to be warm and over-prepared than cold and underprepared. You’re probably going to want at least one coat so go ahead and do so. You probably want pants so let’s talk about pants now. Even if it is cold I always like to bring at least one pair of shorts just in case I work out or something like that. Besides that, I bring one pair of nice casual pants for each day that I’m there and one pair of leggings for each day I’m there. Since it’s fall time I tend to overpack joggers. But it’s a good thing because that’s what will keep you super warm.

Color choices

Color choices are the hardest thing about a fall trip. Fall colors are olive green, sage green, rusty brown, mustard yellow, black, dark purple, and like a cream time color. For your jeans, I would stick to your basic colors such as the typical blue jeans, black jeans, gray jeans, and white jeans or cream-colored jeans. For shirts honestly pack whatever your heart desires. For sweaters or long sleeve shirts, I would stick to your fall colors. Other than that, pick whatever colors you want for the rest of your clothes.

Packing can become a hassle but with these tips and tricks on how to pack for a fall trip your life should have become a whole lot easier.
