 Simone biles was born march 14, 1997 in Columbus Ohio. She has 4 siblings Ron, Ashley, Adria, and Adam. Simone’s parents struggled with Alcohol and Drug addiction. Her birth dad left her and her family when she was very little. Witch left her mom with 4 young kids to take care of. After a while, her mom couldn’t take care of her and her siblings. So she sent them to stay with her sister Nellie and Ron biles. Simone and Adria were adopted by them. The rest of her siblings stayed with their mom. One day Simones stepbrother took her to the Gymnastics place, and she started doing flips and tricks. A few weeks later Her step-parents put her in gymnastics. She was one of the best for her age. She was one first in many competitions. Simone stayed at Bannon’s Gymnastix for 11 years.

 

Adult life

 In 2013 Simone made the USA women’s gymnastics team. In 2016 she went to the Rio Olympics and won four gold medals and 1 bronze. In 2018 Simone went to the University of the people majoring in Business administration. In the 2020 Olympics, She was diagnosed with twisties and wasn’t able to compete. She still competed in a couple of the competitions. She won 1 silver and 1 bronze medal. In 2021 after the Olympics she went on the gold over America tour with her team. Traveling around the united states showed off her and her team’s skills.

John Stockton is one of the best basketball players in history. He has the most assists in a season for the NBA. Growing up he was the star of his High school basketball team. He has won many awards in his lifetime. He played in the NBA for many seasons. He also has lots of kids. There are so many cool things about him. Stick around to learn more about John Stockton.

John Stockton was born March 26, 1962, in Spokane Washington, to his parents Clementine and Jack Stockton. He has 3 siblings Steave, Leane, and Stacy. John’s dad played Basketball and that’s where he learned all his basketball skills from. He loved playing basketball with his dad learning and improving every day. In high school, he went to Gonzaga Preparatory School. John was the star player on his school team scoring about 20.9 points and 7.2 assists a game in his Seiner year of high school. He scored over 1,000 points in high school. 

 

Adult life

For college, John went to Gonzaga University in Washington. He majored in Busines Administration. In college, he became Gonzaga’s all-time leader in steals and assists. Rose Lavelle was born May 14, 1995, in Cincinnati, Ohio. To her parents Janet and Marty Lavelle. Rose has 1 brother named Jhon, and 2 sisters named Nora and Mary. growing up rose played on club soccer teams around her area. She and her siblings would play soccer in the backyard for hours. For high school, Rose went to Mount Notre Dame high school. There she played soccer on the high school varsity team. She played midfield and forward there. In her high school season, she scored 57 goals.

In 2013 Rose went to college at the University of Madison Wisconson. She majored in Sociology. Lavelle Graduated in 2016 from college. She started playing for Manchester City. Fun Things To Do In Bryce Canyon

Hiking

One of the most popular things to do in Bryce canyon is going hiking. There are so many hikes to go on. not just a few, but over 20 different hikes in the same area. One of my favorite hikes is Thor’s hammer. Thor´s hammer is a hike that you hike to a rock that looks like Thor´s hammer. It’s a super fun hike. Another fun hike to go on is the rainbow point. At the end of the hike, there is a lookout spot you can look out and it looks beautiful also a lot of the time you can see a rainbow. One last hike I recommend is the Queen’s garden. You hike up to a lookout point and when you look out you see a bunch of rocks that look like a garden. There are so many more hikes you should go on but that is just a couple.

Swimming

Another fun thing to do in Bryce canyon is going swimming. After you hike and your all hot you might just want to jump into a big pool of cold water. Here are a few places you can go swimming in Bryce canyon. One of the places you can go swimming is at rubies in it is a hotel/campground where you can stay and go swimming. You can also go on a bunch of hikes to waterfalls and play in them.

Camping

Another thing to do in Bryce canyon is go camping. You can stay at many campsites in Bryce. One place you can camp is rubies in it has a campground you can stay at. You can also stay in a ti-pi  if you want to. Or you can bring your RV and park it there and stay the night. At Ruby’s, you can also stay in a hotel. Last, you can just bring a tent and set it up and stay there.

sightseeing

Another thing you can do is go sightseeing. One way you can go sightseeing is in your car and just drive through the city. You can also take a bus and it will take you around Bryce canyon. There are many things to see and do in Bryce canyon. You can usually see deer and different animals out there. You can also see cool rock structures that were formed by water and ice going through the rocks. A fun thing to see is in the mornings you can see the sunrise and in the evening you can see the sunset. In Bryce Canyon, the sunrises and sunset are one of my favorite things to see.

5 things to do during the holidays
  1. Sledding

             One thing to do during the holidays is sledding. Sledding is very fun and easy to do. All you need is a sled and find a hill with snow on it. If you don’t have snow it is not going to work. Sledding is fun for all ages not just little kids but even teens and adults. How you sled is you get your sled to go to a hill sit on your sled and then give yourself a little push and off you go down the hill.

  1. Baking

Another thing you can do is bake something like treats or dinner even. You can make sugar cookies and decorate them like Santa, snow man, or anything really. You could also make a cupcake with red, green, and white frosting or sprinkles. You could make dinner for your family. Make mashed potatoes, a roast, chicken, steak, even mac and cheese. What you make does not have to be something related to the holidays you can make anything. You could also make up your own recipes. 

 

  1.  Write a letter to someone

    You could also write a letter to someone. You could write a letter to a friend, siblings, parents, grandparent etc.. you tell them why you love them and how you’re grateful for them. You could also write a letter to Santa of what you want for christmas. Also, you could make your own letter out of paper and glue and coloring supplies. Making your own letter would probably mean more to the person you are giving your letter to. 

 

  1. Make a craft

          Another thing you could do is make craft. You could really make anything you want, it does not have to even be about Christmas. But if you do want to do it about Christmas here are some ideas. You could make Santa out of paper or even draw him. You make elves etc. All you need is paper, coloring stuff etc. this is super simple and easy to do with little kids.

 

  1. Get a picture with Santa

You could also take your kids and go get a picture with Santa. If you search up on google where to get a picture with Santa it will tell you where you can get a picture with Santa. Usually Santa is at malls a lot of the time or stores. Then your kids will have a picture to hang on their wall and remember when they met Santa.
