Gum Flavors

Gum Flavors

Gum is everywhere. You see it all the time. There are so many different types of gum too. I doubt you will know all of the weird flavors. Come join me as we discover the amazing and funky different types of gum. Some of the items down below have been discontinued so keep that in mind as you read.
First up, I want to say that this paragraph is all from the Extra Dessert Delight line and it is all sugar-free. Now let’s dive right in with the gum flavors that taste like dessert. Let’s start with 3 of my favorite pies. They have Key Lime Pie, Banana Cream pie, and lastly Apple pie. Other desserts that they have are strawberry shortcake and Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. There’s also vanilla cupcake and rainbow Sherbet gum. They have cinnamon roll flavor too.
Next up is fruit flavor gum all made by the brand Trident. Let’s start with the mixed flavors of gum. First up is pomegranate and blueberry. The packaging for this is purple. After that, there is strawberry and lime. The packaging for that is pink. A tropical mix is lime and coconut. Another one is the Pineapple twist. Next, is Dragon Fruit Lychee. The packaging for this is light purple. Sadly, this does not turn you into a dragon. Lime passionfruit Twist has a tangy flavor and the packaging for this is light green. Island Berry Lime is strawberries mixed with lime and the packaging is pink. Lastly is Passionberry Twist. The packaging is yellow. There are lots of different kinds and flavors for fruit gum.
Let’s do holiday gum flavors. The first is cherry limeade. Next is eggnog. The packaging is in a green tin. The company Hubba Bubba has a gum flavor that tastes like hot chocolate. Ice Breaker has a cinnamon flavor for their gum. There is Thanksgiving gum too. One of the flavors for it is turkey. Another one is pumpkin pie and the last one is cranberry. There is green shredded bubble gum for Easter. Next, is birthday cake gum. There are lots of different kinds of holiday gum flavors that taste like the real thing except for the grass one.
As you can see there are a ton of different kinds of gum than just the originals. You can also have a whole meal by just eating gum just like in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”.

Weird Food Combinations

Food. Everyone loves food. People do a lot of crazy food mixtures though. You probably eat a ton of weird foods too! Down below are some of the many interesting combinations that you can make even though you probably would not want to.

Desserts

Let’s start with crazy desserts. Everyone knows about chocolate chips, but have you ever had chocolate and chips together? What about having strawberries and balsamic vinegar? Would you ever try olive oil on ice cream instead of hot fudge? Mabey Jellyfish ice cream is more suited for you. There are interesting dessert combinations.

Snacks

Next up is snacks. Let’s start with cereal but not any normal cereal. Hot Cheetos and milk! Everyone likes sweet potato fries but how about dipping them in pancake syrup! If that’s not your way to go, how about trying some potato chips and ketchup. Or you should try an ice cream cone with orange chicken inside it.

Lunch

The third mixture is lunch. Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches are very good. You should also try melted chocolate on a cheese pizza. Another super weird mix is peanut butter and an onion sandwich. Just make sure you either brush your teeth or have a piece of gum so your breath doesn’t smell. If you’re feeling more on the healthy side you should try avocado and honey.

Dinner

The next matter of food is dinner. Mango and chili are some of my personal favorites. You get the spice of the chili but still that tangy flavor from the mango. Next, is pomegranate and meat. It just spills all in your tongue as soon as you get a taste. Next is a cheeseburger and the sauce is peanut butter! Another one is hot dogs and applesauce. Everything’s better with chocolate, even grilled cheese. If you want a colorful spark to your pizza you should try adding skittles on top of it. You can even get roman with cheese!

Drinks

Drinks are next. The first beverage is Grapefruit soda and espresso. Next is Pepsi and Milk which in my own opinion tastes gross. Would you rather drink Coca-Cola and lemonade or Coca-Cola and Fanta? I think I would do neither, haha. A delicious drink you should try is eggnog and hot chocolate, it is the best!
These are just some of the many interesting food combinations I have found. Talk with a friend or a neighbor and see how many weird food combinations that you can come up with.

Would You Rather: traditional cookies or vegan?

Would You Rather: traditional cookies or vegan?

Imagine biting into a soft warm cookie, and allowing the sweet chocolaty flavor to melt on your tongue. On the site “Chow”,  Christine Gallary told us how to make chocolate chip cookies. Down below is the recipe and some tips, tricks, and my judgment for these cookies. Here is likewise the site that I discovered these cookies on, https://www.chowhound.com/recipes/chocolate-chip-cookies-30464. Another feature we will explore is from Robin Robertson fromParty Vegan: Fabulous, Fun Food for Every Occasion, “. Come with me as we discover which one is better than the alternative one and if we should continue doing the same traditional manner or if I should try to be vigorous.

You should include your little twist in recipes. For this recipe, I wanted to do something other than typical regular chocolate chips. So I replaced them with candy corn. Which I think is prettier than the other ones and, it had a Halloween feel with it. One of my family members does not like chocolate, so I thought they could enjoy it as well. You, too, can substitute the chocolate, and you can do it with more than just candy corn. Swap it with marshmallows, conversation hearts, supermini brownies, fruits, and many more.

I admire the way they presented the cookie recipe in the instructions. The recipe was super simple to follow too! The cookies smelled super good. While they were cooking, my mouth was watering from the smell. When I took a bite of the cookie, it melted in my mouth and tasted wonderful. It was certainly good.

Next up is Party Vegan’s article. The cookie tasted unusual, and it had a strange taste from my point of view. This cookie doesn’t taste like a typical cookie. I was truly eager to make it, but it just tasted gross. I was very disappointed. It just tasted like a ripoff. Also, they didn’t alter the recipe ingredients that much, even though it changed the taste. It was crumbly too and was not soft or chewy.

Personally, between the two recipes, I think you should make the first one by Christine Gallary because it is just simply a yummy cookie. If you like crunchy cookies, then the article from Party Vegan is for you, but if you like soft and chewy cookies, the article from Christine Gallary is for you. As you can see, there are lots of other kinds of cookies, so you should get out of your comfort zone and try to make different cookies.
