Top three Christmas movies to watch this season

We all love the holidays well, maybe not a scrooge but the majority of us love Christmas movies, right? If you’re anything like me and my family then you spend hours trying to find the perfect Christmas movie. I’m here to help and provide the top three Christmas movies you should watch this holiday season. There’s a big chance you will find a movie you’re guaranteed to love. As a disclaimer, this is my opinion and not based on popularity just because sometimes the classics aren’t as fun and magical. So here are the top 3 best and most magical movies.

 

Elf

I had to because this movie is iconic in my book and gets you in the holiday season. This 2003 movie is rated PG and the box office made 223.3$ million. The writer is David Berenbaum and he did a fantastic job. If for some reason you’re living under a rock, the movie is about this boy who was put up for adoption and got adopted by an elf. He lived in Santa’s village all his life and never fit in. one day he found out he was adopted so he traveled across the earth to find his biological father in New York. He adventures in New York finds love and has new experiences all as well dressed as an elf. He has to find that things in New York don’t work the same in Santa’s workshop. Does he find his dad? What risks will he have to take? Who is the love interest? I probably couldn’t explain in words how amazing this Christmas movie is. It has the perfect mix of comedy, magic, and wholesomeness. In my opinion, this is the best Christmas movie ever. You can find this movie on Hulu, prime, sling, and Apple TV.

 

Noelle

This movie is just oh so magical. Made in 2019 the Disney original movie made its first spark. Noelle is a comedy, family, fantasy wholesomeness type movie. It’s about these two siblings who are the children of Santa. The oldest son is Nick Kringle and he’s planning on being Santa Claus. his sister runs everything even when nick is Santa but she makes pop-up Christmas cards for all the children. Santa Claus is under way too much stress with getting all the presents ready and landing on chimneys and being the new Santa Claus after his dad died. So his sister Noelle advises him to take a day trip somewhere to relax. The next morning Santa left with no one to help at the north pole. at this point now he’s been gone for a week. They’re going to need a new Santa but no one is good enough. How are they going to get him back? What happens next? Is Christmas canceled?

 

Home Alone

 The Christmas classic. We’ve probably all have heard or have seen this wonderful movie. This classic Christmas movie is for sure going to get you in a jolly mood. It’s sort of a wholesome family comedy movie. If for some strange reason you have not heard of this movie it’s about this family who goes on a family trip but forgets their son. Their family tries to get a hold of him but they can’t sense it’s the holidays. Some robbers are robbing their neighborhood. What does he do to stop the robbers? Does his family come back for him? Is this just a normal kid?.

Those are my top three favorite Christmas movies and I hope you found one to enjoy this Christmas season. There are very many Christmas movies that it’s hard to choose nowadays and when you want a specific type of movie these might be for you. Do you want to watch any of these movies?

People travel across the world for these pastries

Would you travel across the world for pastries? Believe it or not, people will travel the world for Laduree macarons. Laduree’s macarons are the original creator of this delicious pastry the macaron and they get their flavors truly perfectly. I mean people will buy tickets to go all the way to France and New York. So the question is what are the new flavors and what makes these flavors so good and amazing. Laduree has hundreds of flavors so here are the top flavors everyone adores.

Caramel

The caramel macaron is also known as “fleur de sel” is supposedly the most famous Laduree macaron. It has a salted caramel and buttercream flavoring made to perfection. The salt is amazingly placed to taste just right. Laduree says “ this is the world’s best-seller”. I can see why with its delicate caramel cookie and the airy cream that fits quite beautifully. I don’t know about you but I would kill for some caramel macarons. The moment in Paris in the rain eating this macaroon is very upsetting that this hasn’t happened. This Caramel may be number one but the next flavor is a closet first. We’ll let you decide on that.

Pistachio

Pistachio, pistachio also known as “pistachio” if you want to be fancy. Isn’t there a saying like “ first is the worst, second is the best and, third is the one with the hairy chest? Well in this case all of these are fantastic but pistachio has stolen many hearts this one is a close first. Made with organic pistachio to make this flavor spotless. Pistachio is the second most popular macaron flavor of Laduree. The flavor has an essence of a smell that can’t be touched. This flavor is known to be the most creamy and dough-like texture. This flavor is supposed to resemble pistachio gelato and the resemblance is incredible. This flavor could be the next number one pastry.

Chocolate

The classic chocolate we can’t forget is an icon classic of macrons. The cream of chocolate has the best amount of coco and will fill your taste buds with joy. Imagine walking down the street of Paris or New York and you’re with your chocolate macron. The delight and satisfaction of the third most popular macaron. A lovely perfume this pastry gives. The sweet milky chocolate that is swirled on each cookie makes the most delightful sandwich. It’s 70% cacao sweetened by the lightest cream. It’s truly a dream.

The question is would you travel across the world for these pastries? The caramel, pistachio, and chocolate may be the most popular but there are so many other flavors to explore to your liking. Laduree is thinking of starting delivering which foodies like myself are very excited about. What flavor sounds most appealing to you? Have you ever been shopping for clothes and thought “Oh yeah I want some olive oil right”? If so then I have the store for you? Brandy Melville is known to be a shop for trends and the basics of clothing. There is more to this story though for example why do they sell olive oil or why does brandy have a part of their store named after a book character they did not write? Most importantly, why do they only sell extra small? Brandy Melville has been hiding the weird and creepy things this company does. Things have recently been revealed and these things are weird. Let’s unravel the mystery. 

The Olive Oil

We have all been to online clothing shops before but have they ever sold olive oil. Probably not, right? Well, brandy Melville does and Salivo Marsan the founder of brandy had a family-owned olive oil company. The 16.9-ounce organic olive oil is 25$ per bottle is made on Italy’s San Bartolome family farm. This company was founded in the early 80’s so why do they still sell it? Many people say it’s a tribute to Salivo’s family. People say it’s “ quite tasty” and “very delightful”. The bottle doesn’t have any recognition of brandy Melville, just a green bottle with a chicken on it. This olive oil has gotten quite popular over the past weeks and is selling out because of one Tik Tok video that went viral. 

Who is John Galt? 

As interesting as having olive oil sold on Brandy Melville’s website it’s even more strange how they got their name. You may not know but brandy Melville has a section of their store called “ John Galt”. Now what makes this weirder is that John Galt is a fictional character from Ayn Rand’s novel. To my knowledge, John played a mysterious character in the shadows. Most people say this is a horrible book with horrible characters and an even worse plot so it’s weird that the founder named it after this character. He might as well have named it Harry Potter or Cindy Lou Hoo. No one knows why he called it this but there are references to John Galt. It’s strange to name a sub-brand after a mystery man.

Only extra small

Extra small is a very unpopular size here in America. So it’s weird when a brand that their main audience is American girls sells only an extra small. Well not for Brandy Melville, brandy only sells extra small and people are very upset and are heated about this. For example, there are multiple youtube videos and articles because this is such a beloved brand. Their company says that “ it helps girls and women get into shape” however we both know this is not the case. Sadly Brandy will probably never change their ways. 

 In conclusion, brandy Melville is a strange brand, and that people really would love to see it change like if they had more size options. There is still confusion about John Galt and their sub-brand. maybe one day it will be revealed. It’s sweet that Salivo put his family’s olive oil company on his website. That is Brandy Melville and although they haven’t done the weirdest things it’s strange. this beloved brand has gotten a lot of hate recently there is why.

Global Warming

Is it really going away? Are we still safe? Can we change this disaster? Global warming, Everyone has felt scared about it at one point. It’s getting to the point now, the point where it can’t go back to the way it was. “This year has been the hottest year on earth” news and weather reporters say. So what can we do about it? The short answer is not much. Usually these types of things the governments have to do most of the work. Although this might be upsetting because most governments aren’t doing anything, there are things we can do?

 

Raising awareness to other people. A good amount of people don’t realise what is actually going on. If we spread awareness and educate people on global warming more people will want to help and we can start fixing what we have started. There is also a chance the government can hear what we need. People now can have their own opinions on social media and in the world now posting about these things does spread awareness but we still need to do something that people won’t see and scroll past it. So what is that thing? 

 

Using recyclable materials including, metal or glass things that you can reuse and not throw away and use less paper. Did you know that just in America 2 billion toothbrushes end up in the landfill every year . 146.1 million tons of just plastic and paper end up in the landfills every year! Imagine what the earth would look like if we stopped using those things. It would be spectacular. It’s estimated that if everyone did this we would have the best air quality that we have had in the past 400 years.

 

Cars as we know it are pretty much a problem on their own. Now I’m not saying don’t use your car because that is nearly impossible. It might sound strange but just keeping the car you have is actually very healthy for the planet. Car part manufacturers use chemicals that are very bad for air quality. So in some cases keeping the car you have now for a very long time is better than getting an electric car. Riding bikes and using your car less also is a huge milestone. We can also help by carpooling if you can. This little thing may not seem like alot but now imagine everyone did this. We could possibly heal the ozone layer.

 

  So why do you want to do these things? Think about all the memories of playing the grass watching rain fall on streets late at night. What about the air quality, the air quality being perfect and the temperatures being the best feeling degrees ever. Imagine having no fires and Antarctica isn’t melting from meat and oil companies. So now what if we can change all that because we can it is getting so close to the breaking point. Earth itself is burning. We got a chance and why not take it.
