ATTENTION MINECRAFTERS this new minecraft update is a must have a lot of things were added. For example: now bamboo isn’t just a plant you use to make pandas happy, you can use it to make sticks, bamboo wood, planks which you can strip to change color and texture to your liking. Now back to planks, you can use the planks to make a raft not a boat, a raft! a one player water transportation system. and after you make two slabs out of bamboo you get bamboo mosaic which has a different pattern. with planks you can also make gates, bamboo doors, trapdoors,  buttons, pressure plates and so on and so forth.

  And now signs. The new thing about signs is you can make hanging signs now, you just need two chains and six stripped logs of whatever you please sir, and you don’t have to say “wait no! uuuuuuuugggg I spelled something wrong now I have to break the sign and start over’ nope not anymore! you just click on the sign and boom edit the text and you can write things on the front and the back, how cool is that! 

  Now for a new sound thing you can do: after you go through all the trouble of killing a mob with a charged creeper and not blowing yourself up you can place the mob head on top of a note block and click on the note block and it will play the sound of the mob’s head you put on the note block.

  Next on the update list is the chiseled bookshelves the cool thing is you can actually put written books on the bookshelves you could make a real library if you were stubborn enough to take the time to write out all of your favorite books 

 The next they are going to discuss is the suspicious blocks sand and gravel now suspicious blocks can have special items inside like pottery shards and a bunch of other cool stuff 

And now pottery shards pottery shards are used as a decoration and can be found in suspicious blocks and there are over 10,000,000 different pot combinations that you can decorate your house with and if you want to put a plant in it well you in luck if you stick a pot inside of any decorated pot you can then stick any tree or flower or some seeds in there and boom decorated pot with a plant and if you want to do all that without looking all over your world to find the pottery shards you want then you can use four clay bricks and then you have a plain pot with no patterns on it but you can still do the same stuff with it

Next off  on the archaeology update that makes a new room in all the structures that houses suspicious blocks there is a room in desert temples in one of the corners that is full of suspicious blocks that should all have items in them 

Next thing is a new structure that is always entirely underground that is 1 bigger than the deep dark structure and 2 is made of over 100 structures

A new music disk was also added it sounds pretty cool, try it for yourself

There was also a new mob addition than only spawns in the desert and automatically you can find one in a desert village it is the camel a mob kind of like a horse except you can fit two players on.

Next thing the sniffer it is also a new mob that was added in the 1.20.40 update this mob though is very hard to find because of the fact that you have too find it’s egg underwater in a suspicious sand block but there is only a 6% chance per structure  

The underwater ruin is a new structure that is only special because it is the only place you can find the sniffer egg other than that it’s a pile of sand

There are also two new flowers that you can only find the seeds for by having a sniffer sniff it out but they look so cool and you can put it in a pot they are 

Also a new wood it’s the same as all the other woods but the sound the doors trap doors and gates make and for all you girls reading this that love hot pink the wood is pink! And only pink no other color except pink it can be harvested from the cherry tree and made into planks in the crafting table

Next up my most favorite thing for this update is armor trims! They make armor look so cool. How it works you take the specific armor trim you want for example the archer armor trim then you apply it to your desired piece of armor and add a Chrystal to make the trim in the color of the gem for example amethyst which is purple looks so good on diamond armor

Next thing is a new redstone thing they are originally from the last update but trust me if you find this biome called the deep dark you need to do a 180’ turn and run but if you want to be kind of stupid you can go in and mine the sculk sensor and mine it which will summon a warden which is the new mod that is more scary than the wither with a whopping 500 health that’s right it has as much health as the Ender Dragon and wither combined and can kill a person in full enchanted netherite armor one shot with its multiple ways of attacking 1 echo yell a blast stronger than TNT will come out of the wardens mouth and blast you to smithereens instantly 2 punch it will first blind you so you can’t see and then out of know were like a horror film blind you as it is literally in your face and punch you dealing 30 damage, instantly dead. The one thing you can use is snowballs or eggs, because this mob is blind so if you throw an egg or snowball it makes noise which distracted the warden so after you go through that shenanigan you can take it and a sculk catilst and kill a zombie or what ever mob next to it and it will spread and duplicate the sculk which will get you more then repeat so after you do that you can use the sculk sensor and use it as a redstone element because it senses when you step within 8 blocks of it then you use shiny rare amethyst to make it a calibrated amethyst which has double the range and power and if you take a redstone lamp and put is right next to it you can hook it up to a redstone comparator and connect the compactor directly to a lectern and make a book that has 15 pages and number each one then it will send out that much power and with the skulk screecher if you waterlogged it is will not scream, but it still can summon the warden so don’t do it, it would then become a silent time bomb don’t do it.
