We all know about the fantastic animals called cats. Well, there are many things that you didn’t know about these fantastic creatures. Come join me as we talk about this unknown creature. So to begin I want to talk about how cats and dogs are alike. First, cats and dogs both can be trained. Cats aren’t lazy animals doing whatever they want. My cat Willy knows a few tricks himself. I have taught him how to sit, shake with both paws, balance on his hind legs, spin in a circle, fist bump, and talk. A second way cats and dogs are alike would be that they can both be service animals. Dogs and cats can learn to help people with disabilities, mental illness, and extreme anxiety. Cats and dogs are capable of learning to be service animals. Third, cats and dogs share hunting instincts for their survival. In the wild, cats and dogs would hunt and scavenge to find food. Both cats and dogs have a strong prey instinct without ever needing to learn how to hunt.

Now I would like to mention the ways that cats and dogs are different. To start, cats and dogs both enjoy eating. But, cats need to ingest smaller and more frequent meals than dogs. It’s important to understand your pet’s nutritional needs. Next, dogs and cats have very different physical traits from one another. For example, dogs and cats both have claws but cats can pull in their claws and hide them. Dog’s claws stay out and can not go in. And finally, their life spans are different. Dogs usually live between 12 and 18 years. Cats usually live between 12 and 25 years. So cats can outlive dogs by a few good years. But remember, even though cats and dogs are different that doesn’t make either one of them better.

Did you know that cats actually have many hidden talents? We are about to go over some of those in this section. One of the many talents cats have is that they can calm their own anxiety! Even humans have a difficult time doing this. Cats like to lick their coats when they feel nervous, afraid, or anxious. Their tongues are very coarse and covered with papillae. These are tiny projections on the tongue’s surface that point backward. They’re made of the same stuff human fingernails have, called keratin. This substance is very tough and abrasive. That’s why their tongues feel like sandpaper, and why they can use them to comb their fur. Whenever they need to calm themselves they use their tongues. Another cool talent that cats have would be that cats purring sounds can help get rid of migraines. When the cat begins to purr, the steady rhythm of the purring helps to get rid of the pain and the headache. Stroking their fur helps to relax both the migraine sufferer and the cat. Sometimes cats know when their owners are not feeling well and will curl up beside them, or even right on top of them. Having a rest together relieves stress and can lower blood pressure. When a cat purrs, the migraine may disappear without the need for medication. A nice cat may very provide the solution to a problem bothering many for years.

These are some of the answers they got from the study. Using data they found from Well-known nurses and health professionals’ follow-up studies. Harvard Health states that “this shows that they had data over a lot of people for a long period.” It is also stated that they had found data on over 78,000 women from 1986 to 2014. “This is over 120,000 participants, 34 years worth of data for Women and 28 years for men.” It is stated that researchers look at “diets, physical activity, body weight, smoking, and alcohol consumption.”

What is counted as a “Healthy Lifestyle exactly?”

People say that these 5 areas were chosen because they have had a big impact on the risk of premature death. These are the things you can do to have a healthy lifestyle.

1. Start a healthy diet, When I think of diets I think of salads, let’s see what they say about diets. Harvard Health reported that” The intake of healthy foods such as Fruits, Nuts, Vegetables, Whole Grains, and omega-3 fatty acids, and unhealthy foods like red onions, processed meats, sugar-sweetened beverages, trans fat, and sodium.”

2. You may be asking yourself how long do I need to be working out for it to start doing something? Harvard Health states that “at least 30 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous activity.”

What is the weight that is considered “healthy?” “normal body weight is 18.5kg to 24.9kg.”
Does smoking change how healthy or unhealthy you are? Harvard Health says that “There is no healthy amount of smoking.” Which is also saying don’t smoke to be healthy.

If you do decide to have alcohol here is the intake to maintain being healthy. 5 and 15 grams per day for women and 5 to 30 grams per day for men. Harvard Health says that “generally alcohol has 14 grams of pure alcohol. Which is the same as 12 ounces of regular beer, 5 ounces of regular wine, or 1.5 ounces of distilled spirits.

Harvard Health also says that when they research they also look at medication intake, age, ethnicity.

Does having a healthy lifestyle change anything?

It has been researched that having a healthy lifestyle makes a big difference. It is also recorded that people who fulfilled all 5 habits enjoyed significantly longer lives than those who did none of the habits. 14 years for women and 12 for men. If they started the habits at 50 years old. People who did none of these habits were far more likely to die prematurely of cancer or cardiovascular disease. There are different kinds of anime that have been made throughout time but the main four anime that have been rated the best in Japan are Tokyo are Naruto, Dragon ball Z, Bleach and one piece. There are many different genres of anime for instance romance, horror, action ,sci-fi, and many more. Let’s start with Naruto first

Naruto Shippuden .A powerful fox known as the Nine-Tails attacks the hidden leaf village in the Land of Fire, one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries in the Ninja World. In response, the leader the leaf village and the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze (with his wife Kushina Uzumaki) seals the fox inside the body of his newborn son, Naruto Uzumaki, making Naruto a host of the beast; this costs Naruto’s father his life, and his mother life s well the Third Hokage returns from retirement to become the leader of Konoha again. Naruto is often scorned by Konoha’s villagers for being the host of the Nine-Tails. Due to a decree by the Third Hokage forbidding any mention of these events, Naruto learns nothing about the Nine-Tails until 12 years later, when Mizuki, a renegade ninja, reveals the truth to Naruto. Naruto then defeats Mizuki in combat, earning the respect of his teacher, Iruka Umino.

Shortly afterward, Naruto becomes a ninja and joins with Sasuke Uchiha, against whom he often competes, and Sakura Haruno, on whom he has a crush, to form Team 7, under an experienced sensei, the elite ninja Kakashi Hatake. Like all the ninja teams from every village, Team 7 completes missions requested by the villagers, ranging from doing chores and being bodyguards to performing assassinations.

Dragon ball Z. The show is good. Dragon Ball Z continues the adventures of Son Goku in his adult life as he and his companions defend the Earth against villains including aliens (Vegeta, Frieza), androids (Cell), and magical creatures (Majin Buu). At the same time, the story parallels the life of his son, Gohan, as well as the development of his rivals, Piccolo and Vegeta.

A humanoid alien named Raditz arrives on Earth in a spacecraft and tracks down Goku, revealing to him that he is his long-lost older brother and that they are members of a near-extinct alien warrior race called the Saiyans. The Saiyans had sent Goku (originally named “Kakarot”) to Earth as an infant to conquer the planet for them, but he suffered a severe blow to the head shortly after his arrival and lost all memory of his mission, as well as his bloodthirsty Saiyan nature.Raditz along with two elites, Vegeta and Nappa are the only remaining Saiyan warriors, so Raditz comes to enlist Goku’s help in conquering frontier worlds. When Goku refuses to join them, Raditz takes Goku and Krillin down with one strike, kidnaps Gohan and threatens to murder him if Goku doesn’t kill 100 humans within the next 24 hours. Goku decides to team up with his arch-enemy Piccolo, who was also defeated by Raditz in an earlier encounter, in order to defeat him and save his son. During the battle, Gohan’s rage momentarily makes him stronger than Piccolo and Goku as he attacks Raditz to protect his father. The battle ends with Goku restraining Raditz so that Piccolo can hit them with a deadly move called Special Beam Cannon, mortally wounding them both.

Once the Going Merry becomes damaged beyond repair, the Straw Hat Pirates acquire a new ship named the Thousand Sunny.[Jp 3] Together, they encounter other pirates, bounty hunters, criminal organizations, revolutionaries, secret agents and soldiers of the corrupt World Government, and various other friends and foes, as they sail the seas in pursuit of their dreams in finding the one piece.

Greek vs Roman

Greek and Roman gods are often mixed up and mistaken for one and other. Greek and Roman’s have the same baseline of gods with the same meaning or powers as one and other, but there are still some big differences between the two empires.

Names

Roman Gods are often based on Greek Gods With different names and traits. For instance, the Greek God of the sea Poseidon his Roman name is Neptune the Roman god of the sea. Another reason Greek names and Roman names are different is, Romans are named after non-living things that did not have gender, ware as Greeks Gods are more based on humans so their names have a gender.

Time Period

Greek and Roman gods did not exist at the same time, the Roman gods and goddesses rose after the Greek. The Greek empire existed 700 years before the Roman empire, although the Greek empire didn’t have an exact date of which it was founded. The Roman empire rose 1000 years after the Greek empire had fallen.

Physical Appearances

Another major reason Greeks and Romans are different is their physical appearances. Greek’s appearances are often based on the myths of the gods. Greek myths would give them strong characteristics that emphasize their beauty and power than human characteristics. These characteristics make them known for their beauty. Roman gods on the other hand were not based on their characteristics like the Greek’s were. Therefore, Roman gods are less known for their beauty and appearances than the Greek gods.

Nature/Personality

The personality of Greek and Roman gods are very different. For example, Greek Gods are more based on human emotions, such as Love, Hatred, Anger, Happiness, Joy. While other Greek Gods are based on the environment, such as Hades controls the underworld, Poseidon controls the ocean/water. Roman, however, are deities and instead of being based on the human personality, they are more like objects than people.

Afterlife

The afterlife for humans during the time of the Roman empire and the Greek empire were very different from today’s theories about the afterlife. Greek’s thought that when their subjects pass on rather than the occurrence of the afterlife rather than significance a physical life on earth. The Roman afterlife is a little different than the Greek afterlife. When the subjects of the Roman empire if the mortal did exceptional on earth they are reported to live among the gods as an immortal.
