Dance Moms is a bit toxic

Dance moms is an amazing show about little girls who dance and go to competitions every week. What people miss, don’t pay attention to, how toxic the moms and Abby Lee Miller {on the top} were to the little girls.

The pyramid

The pyramid was toxic. The pyramid is a pyramid of the girls’ faces and if you were at the top of the pyramid then you were the best and you would want to be at the top if you were at the bottom then work your way to the top because you’re bad at dance.

Chloe

Chloe is one of the best people in the world. She slays the day away but she never got on the top of the pyramid at all. She would work her but off and never get on the top of the pyramid, she would always always be at second or third of the pyramid. Chloe was one of the best kids at dancing apart from maddie she would be the best.

Maddie

Maddie was so good at dance but she had immense pressure on her to stay at the top. The pressure was high but not as high as the other girls to be at the top, even though they can never beat Maddie because she was Abby’s favorite.

The others girls

The other girls and Maddie, Chloe would be yelled at and would have to rehearse for hours and hours each day they would constantly cry and when they did they would get yelled at, from abby.

Candy apples

Having candy apples in the mix of it {there rival dance studio}. makes it worse, sure candy apples are a bit bad but that still adds pressure to the girls. If they don’t beat candy apples then they get yelled at like that would happen though.

Abby

Abby is the most toxic racist person i have ever seen in a tv show she constantly has Nia do ethical dances when no one else was doing them. Abby would yell at you to the point of tears. She would yell at you for the stupidest reasons that the whole thing with Abby was toxic.

Over all

Overall dance moms I think are a bit toxic and I was only talking about the girls and Abby. If you have a chance to see dance moms, the moms are extremely toxic. If you have a chance to spend a couple hours watching dance moms it’s a really good tv show but i just think its a bit toxic.

Why Joker Is The Best Movie Of All Time

Spoiler Alert: Watch the movie before you read this

Joker is the comic book movie we all need.

Introduction

2019 felt like it was going to be a bit of a slower year entertainment wise until something released in the theaters. It was a comic book film called Joker and I kind of knew the premise of the character from previous installments into the D.C universe, especially the second installment to the Dark Knight trilogy: The Dark Knight with Heth Ledger playing the main villain and actually winning an academy award for his role. So, obviously the public was going to have mixed opinions now because Ledger died so they needed someone new to come into the universe. Well, in my opinion Joaquin Phoenix is a lot better.

It’s kind of funny because when this movie was first released to the theaters I wasn’t very interested in it because at the time I was in the 6th grade and the movie had an R rating, so the only chance I had to see the movie would be if my parents saw t first and they would have to think that it wouldn’t have anything too bad in it. Luckily, a few weeks later we got ahold of it on a streaming service and I was so hyped to watch it because I thought it was going to be so cool to kind of see a more emotional take on this character. I think this movie has a really good message that is somewhere along the lines of: Just be nice to people because you don’t know what might be going on in the rest of their life.

The Movie

Just a warning to everybody who might red this article that this movie is definitely not for everyone. If you do not feel comfortable about topics such as Mental Health Disorders or Bullying then you might find this movie to be very disturbing, with a few violent moments that include shooting and fighting with riots. To me, this movie was the perfect kind of disturbing to the point where I feel like what happens to Arthur could actually happen to someone in real life, and that’s really something we didn’t get in the previous film starring Heath Ledger. Arthur’s breaking point in the movie was when he approaches Thomas Wayne in a bathroom and tells him that he thinks that he might be his son, but then things start to get crazy when Wayne says that Arthur’s mom adopted him and he actually doesn’t know who his real parents are. Arthur, then proceeds to go to Arkham Asylum where he finds his mothers old psychiatric profile that included that she et her boyfriend abuse Arthur when he was a little boy. This is very important at the time because this means he suffered brain damage which explains his laughing disorder. In a mask of rage in which we see the last of Arthur Fleck for the rest of the movie we see him go confront his mother in her hospital bed and he proceeds to murder her via suffocation with a pillow.

After that he basically becomes Joker and starts to take over Gotham City. I’ll leave it at that so you guys can see it for yourself.

Marvel Vs DC: Who Wins?

Marvel Vs DC: Who Wins?

Overview

When these universes started getting adapted from the comics to the big screen of film a lot of people had mixed opinions on which was better. I feel like Marvel was off to a really hot start when they had the Infinity Saga (phases 1-3) end with the massive hits of Avengers: Infinity War  and Avengers: Endgame. DC in my opinion has just begun heating up and I feel like it has already passed Marvel since 2020. With films like The Suicide Squad, The Joker, and The Batman all being massive hits in my household and films we can watch over and over again.

Marvel

Like I said in the intro, I think that this universe started off really well and smooth, it was just the later projects that have been kind of discouraging. The better films being: Thor Ragnarok, Avengers: Endgame, Avengers: Infinity war, and of course Captain America: Civil War. These movies were original at the time and I really loved the heroes that were portrayed in these movies.

However, there is a big problem when it comes to the recently released phase 4 that just ended. Phase 4 has a runtime that is greater than all of the phases (1-3) that came before it COMBINED! This is by far the longest phases and it’s not even close. Most of the added runtime came from shows on Disney+ like Hawkeye, WandaVision, and my favorite Loki. These were one season (so far) tv shows that usually consisted of 8 45-60 minute episodes. That would add a maximum of 8 hours per show!

Personally I think it would kind of suck to be a Marvel fan and then Disney+ starts having some very important content that is only available on that platform. For example if you haven’t see Loki the end credits scenes of the new movie: Ant Man And The Wasp: Quantamania will nt make sense at all because you thought Loki died in Avengers: Infinity War.

Marvel needs to slow down and make more quality content, but I would like to see some of those shows on Disney+ continued into the future of the MCU. I would like to see a disney+ show of the multiverse more explored and kind of explained. So, I’m hoping when the 2nd season of What If come out soon that they will explore more recent topics about Kang. I find his character to be very interesting.

DC

This universe started off very slow for me. Although, looking back on this now I realize my mistakes. I was so into the Marvel Universe that I never gave te Dark Knight trilogy a chance, and I just watched the first two movies a few weeks ago and I was so surprised that I hadn’t found time to watch them before. I’m hoping to watch the Dark Knight Rises soon.

With the new film the Joker I was a lot more happy with this movie because of the darkness incorporated with it. This movie didn’t feel like a villains movie it felt like a solemn depressing origin story to a broken man. I like that it kind of shows that Bruce Wayne had it super good and his dad treated Arthur very bad. I hope people start making more movies like this because it shows how the heroes aren’t heroes for everyone and there is more than one perspective to everything.

The Suicide Squad was crazy good too. I was expecting it to be kind of normal kind of like the first movie was but this is so much better. This is a perfect blend of comedy and storytelling and gory action. The entire movie is kind of a joke: obviously with the main bad guy being a giant starfish. I still thought there were some good serious moments filtered here in there that explored the depths of loyalty and friendship.

I took a very long time to finally watch The Dark Knight. I can’t believe I waited this long, the Joker is the best villain of all time and no person on this planet can say any different even if they had good evidence.
